Our spa services are designed to support your dog’s physical wellness and emotional well-being. Each session is Fear Free certified, gentle, and soothing—perfect after a busy daycare day, an overnight boarding stay, or a splashy pool session.
After more than a decade of caring for dogs of all breeds and temperaments, we’ve learned that many aren’t receiving the basic hygiene they need to stay clean, healthy, and comfortable—despite their owners’ best efforts. The reality is that about 90% of dogs do not require traditional grooming with haircuts or shaving. Breeds like French Bulldogs, Labrador Retrievers, and German Shepherds don’t need stylized cuts, but they still benefit from regular hygiene care such as bathing, ear cleaning, nail trimming, and teeth brushing.
That’s why we’ve created three spa packages, allowing you to choose the services that best fit your dog’s needs—so you only pay for what you want. Unlike traditional grooming salons that focus on appearance, our priority is your dog’s overall health, comfort, and well-being.
We know life gets busy, so our spa packages include an eight-point wellness check.
You see your dog every day, but we have the advantage of noticing changes with fresh eyes. Sometimes, that means spotting something you might miss—like a hidden lump, bad breath that could signal a tooth infection, or a broken nail. And for those simple fixes, our lobby retail area is fully stocked with everything you need to keep your dog feeling their best.
Our Fear Free Spa Packages
Refresh Package:

A basic hygiene treatment to promote that promotes relaxation and reinforces a positive grooming routine.
Includes:
Warm bath with hydrating, sensitive-skin-safe oatmeal shampoo
Towel dry (no blow drying)
Peanut butter lick mat for relaxation and digestion support
Ear cleaning to help prevent infections
Nail trim
Recommended for: Routine hygiene maintenance, dogs of all coat lengths, post-pool daycare refresh
Reset Package:

A deep-conditioning, coat-reviving treatment designed to relax your dog and support a healthy, positive grooming routine.
Includes:

Our Fear Free Care Policy
Providing Fear Free care takes extra time and attention. Our staff are patient, skilled, and trained to read canine body language to minimize fear, stress, and anxiety—so appointments may take longer, and our calendar often books quickly. To secure your dog’s spot, we recommend scheduling at least two weeks in advance or setting a standing monthly appointment on a day your dog attends daycare or at the end of a boarding stay.
An additional $30 fee applies for significantly matted or poorly maintained coats. We reserve the right to stop services at any point if your dog shows signs of significant discomfort, in keeping with our Fear Free pledge. For the safety of both dogs and staff, we do not provide spa services to dogs that exhibit aggression, attempt to bite, or require sedation. In these cases, we’re happy to recommend a trusted professional full-service groomer.

Plus, routine spa treatments allow our team to track your dog’s wellness and quickly spot changes—like hot spots, fleas or ticks, ear infections, or other visible concerns—so you can address them before they become bigger issues.
